An absolutely magical stay at Ksenios, in the beautiful village of Pyrgi. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like walking into a modern fairy tale—the past’s charm perfectly balanced with contemporary luxury. The space was spotless, the furniture and facilities demonstrating incredible attention to detail to create a perfect atmosphere akin to Alice in Wonderland with Greek traditional notes. The hosts, Anna and Vaggeli, were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel pampered and well looked-after. It was a privilege to be their first guests! If you’re after a place that combines elegance, comfort, and top-tier service, Ksenios is highly, highly recommended.

Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Chios experience. Thank you, Monika, for your hospitality!

Loved staying at the house. It's spacious, welcoming and filled with lots of lovely artefacts. There's a nice courtyard behind so you can eat outside. It's in a quiet village close to the Mastichochoria villages, with a parking area near by (100m).

Dimitra’s and Xenofon’s house was great. They are so nice, helpful and warm people. They are interested with everything so closely. All stuff, machines and everything in the house were totally new. We were the first users. The house has a lovely terrace for lovely chats. We loved the house and its comfort so much. There are two queen beds which are great and comfy. Each room has own air conditioner and works really well. Lithi village is so quite and peaceful place. The village has a great sandy beach with its crystal water.

    Very nice place in a gorgeous location on one of the best beaches in Chios. It feels like u have ur own private beach as it is located in the most beautiful and quiet part. You are 2min walk to nice cafes and tavernas. The village is perfect for family holidays. The owners were very helpful and accommodating!

    Very comfortable and cozy apartment which is only around 1min walk from Komi beach and 3min to the bars/cafes, which is very convenient. Very nice flair. Also all surrounding villages and beaches in the south can easily be reached by car.

    We like everything, it is very close the beach. İt is nearly Historical villages pyrgi, mesta,popular beaches mavra voluios. The owner Nikos and his family is so helpful. İn the house you find everything what you need.
