From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

A Greek holiday paradise in the middle of nature! We spent wonderful holidays as a family in the stone villa! From the first moment we felt very comfortable in this beautiful, recently built house. The owners are super nice and welcomed us very hospitably. If you have any questions, they can be reached at any time by phone or What's App. The house is super equipped with anything you need during your holidays and around the property there are several seating areas that invite you to "be", read, relax or take a yoga session at any time of the day. The house is surrounded by olive groves/plantations and a few meters below the terrace side there is a small flock of sheep which is totally cute and some of them can be seen from afar. The interior is modern and decorative! Beautiful furnishings chosen by the homeowner with great attention to detail. It has everything you need, even makeup stations (highlight :-)! The living and dining room are very comfortable. The kitchen is ultra-modern, you will find various household appliances. We love to cook, it's a passion of ours so we found lots of utensils and felt right at home! Toaster, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc! There is a large BBQ on one of the terraces, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner of fresh and local fish and vegetables outside at the large table with a fantastic view! We enjoyed the quiet area around us and the beautiful nature as well as the nearby taverns, beautiful beaches and some sights. We can definitely recommend the villa - whether as a couple or as a family! Everyone would feel "at home" in this idyllic paradise :-)

    A beautiful apartment with an amazing view. The large terrace with the private pool was simply wonderful. The host and the staff were very kind and generous. We found all the necessary supplies in the fridge - bread, butter, milk, water, eggs, ham, cheese - and they also offered us delicious pastries and fresh fruits.

    The villa is exceptional. In 25 years of holidaying in Crete, it is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. The views from the property are beautiful and the accommodation is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent, with prompt responses to any queries.

    Everything the small town the amazing villa the fatastic hosts the pool the sunsets the needed air con. Made so many memories in a wonderful place . Hust 6 mins in a car to alymirda which was fabulous. The best beach we visited was marathi

    The villa is fantastic. Great location. It has all the equipment needed and more. Air-con in all the rooms. Nice pool with plenty of space for a family of four. Beautiful roof-terrace. Everything in working order. Near super-markets and a couple of tavernas (5 min. walk). Short walk (15-20 min.) down to Almyrida with a great beach and many nice restaurants. Super happy with our stay. Would definitely come back.

    Can’t rave enough about these villas. Absolutely beautiful with the best host ever. This place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need including a pool. The location is great with amazing views. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Would say hire a car for further trips and explore this beautiful place. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. We had regular treats of melon and warm dishes, advice on car hire and where to visit, they were fantastic!
