Villa is fantastic. Pool was an obvious highlight but the open plan ground floor and generous bedrooms - all with air-conditioning are great. The outside seating/dining area remains in the shade for most of the day which was fantastic in the heat we experienced. Well equipped kitchen. The grounds are also extensive and we made great use of the well positioned hammocks! A shop within a 5 minute walk was super handy in a small village.

A wonderful house and a wonderful host. Our family stayed at Erik's house for several days and had a great time. Erik took great care of all our needs. Since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby, he even bought a high chair and a mobile changing table just for us. The house feels brand new, the amenities are first-class, and we didn't miss a thing. As a welcome gift, Erik even stocked the fridge with a few drinks for us. It was a perfect stay, and if we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay at this house again.

We spent 11 days at Kuca za Odmor Dean and everything was absolutely perfect. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed – from toiletries and cleaning supplies through kitchen equiiment or some basic food to laundry capsules. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, and we truly felt at home. The contact with the owner was excellent – she was always available whenever we needed anything, yet we also had complete privacy and peace to relax. It was the perfect combination of support and seclusion.

    Great location in a quiet village, but only 20 mins from Pula. Communications from the host Tea were superb, nothing was too much trouble, from arrival procedure to dining out recommendations to beach recommendations. Really lovely house, air con, fully equipped to eat in if you want to, pool was nice, beds comfy, spotlessly clean. Just fab.

    This is a very cosy villa with spacious living room and bedrooms. Airco in all roonms made our stay comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool and terrace is very nice and shady for a good chill. I especially liked the shower next to the pool and the great BBQ kitchen outdoor.

    Villa is quite comfortable as it has 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms plus one additional wc and livingroom. Pool is also big enough ant the outdoor space is OK.

    Wonderful modern villa in a nice little village with three restaurants, a supermarket and small bakery. The pool ist nice (unfortunately not yet open for the season) and the fenced in garden is ideal for families with children and/or dogs.
