A great stay at a beautiful villa! Communication from the moment we booked was great. Always quick responses and contacted us with directions etc the day before our arrival. Zvonimir was there to meet us with a lovely, friendly welcome when we arrived to show us round the property. He gave us tips on where to go-local butchers, fish market, shops, days out etc. He also booked us a lovely meal for our first night which was a great start to our holiday. Good communication continued throughout our stay and we always received quick responses when needed. Outside the villa is fantastic. A great pool which we all loved, especially the children. Lots of sun lounges, lovely patio area, outdoor shower and play area for the children with slide, play house, toys etc. Views from the Villa are also beautiful and we often sat watching the sun set. Lots of parking to the rear of the property. We hired cars to get around so the parking was ideal. A big highlight for us was the well stocked bbq room which we used to cook most nights- a big bonus! On entering the villa you will not be disappointed. It is spotless, homely and a lovely place to spend your break. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living area is comfy and has a large tv where we were able to sign into Netflix. 4 big bedrooms with storage. Plenty of room for two families of 4. Air con was also a great feature, especially during the 37 degree heat and the nets on the windows meant we could get some air in without letting insects in. It was lovely to see Zvonimir on our last night and we really appreciated the gifts he bought us to take home. A fantastic host and Villa which we would highly recommend.

This house is truly a gem in a traditional village, offering the perfect blend of modern convenience and historical charm. The house itself is large, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious common area, providing plenty of room for everyone. Despite these modern comforts, you're staying in a house with 400 years of history that has been carefully restored to preserve its authentic charm. With a spacious kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large terrace with a beautiful view of the water is an ideal spot for relaxation. Marija, the host, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Communication with her was fantastic, and she is always available to provide tips and advice on anything you might need during your stay. Every little detail in the house is thoughtfully considered, making your experience even more special. I highly recommend this house. While you do need a car to get around, the beach is just a few minutes away by car, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.

We had an unforgettable time at this lovely villa. Absolute cleanliness, all the necessary equipment, both inside and outside the house, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, an excellent pool and barbecue will make you happy. I especially want to note the hospitality of the host and his delicious compliment. It was wonderful holidays.

Amazing place! Beautiful spcious apartment ever well equipped. Very peaceful and quiet. Incredibly nice host.     What an AMAZING place!! Absolutely beautiful. Luxuriously furnished property with all facilities, loads of space, lovely swimming pool (unheated, but not cold at all). Great separate games room, we spent evenings playing darts & table football. A really lovely, welcoming hostess - couldn't ask for anything more. If you're travelling by car and don't mind being somewhere a little quieter, don't hesitate to get this place if it's available. Shops are a short drive away, as is a lovely beach.

    The place is absolutely unique. The magnificent view, the quietness, the perfect heated pool, the interesting architecture, the wonderful interior finishes, the perfect furnishings - what you can't think of is there, even including the little things. It is extremely rare to find a place like this where luxury (but not rubbishy glamour), style in the literal sense of the word (not the kitsch often referred to as style) and comfort combine to create an almost iddylic environment.

    We were there in 3 families. Apartments, swimming pool, veranda, minigolf, darts, grill, coffee, wines, service at the highest level. Location is great! 15min to the Sea. Baska Voda, Makarska, Omis (30min). Luciana is a wonderfull person! She take care of us in many aspects. We had a wonderful holiadys there (10 days in total). 100% we recommend Villa Sagosde and definately we will back there in the future one more time! Thanks Luciana, thanks Villa Sagosde and best regards from Poland!

    Magic place! We were looking for a place there nobody disturbs you, no noise, there you can just relax and enjoy the view. Villa Melita ticks all the boxes. Beautifull place in the alley, between mountains. Ivan & Melita did more than You can expect. Fantastic holidays!
