The apartment was spotless and felt brand new — you can tell it’s been recently renovated. It looked exactly like the photos. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and there’s free parking available. It’s very well equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and overall we were really happy with our stay.

Everything was really uncomplicated, Camilla was really friendly and we could even stay for two more nights spontaneously. The appartement is just amazing containing everything you need, even a coffee machine. The view from the balcony is an absolute highlight. Thw location is perfect too, very quiet but just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the city center with it's nice restaurants and cafés. I would absolutely recommend staying in Scià sul Mare!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic accommodation, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Everything was perfect, from the warm hospitality of the host to the ideal location - situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to the bus station and within walking distance of all the main city sights. Communication with the host was a breeze. He was easily reachable, promptly responding to any questions we had. Overall, our stay here exceeded all expectations. Stefano was such a wonderful and attentive host. The apartment was centrally located, very clean, well equipped and spacious. I was able to have a nice dinner at the restaurant and Stefano provided the most delicious breakfast. His hospitality was beyond amazing. The apartment had a washing machine which was an added bonus.
