Nice place near Ortigia, maybe 10 min walk. Nicely decorated, clean, beds comfortable. It provided us with everything we needed for our two days long stay. The owner was always available when we had any questions.

Our host was extra ordinary. He pointed out free parking spots and gave us some good addresses to go out. The location in the heart of the city is wonderful. We found the Italian vibes we were looking for at a very correct price!

First of all I want to thank the owner Donatella who contacted me before our arrival and met personally at the apartment. The fridge was full of food for breakfast and not only the sweet Italian breakfast but cheese, eggs, ham etc. + fruits + welcome champagne ! She was available at any time with support - booking a restaurant table or a taxi on Christmas day when it turned out public transport was ''on vacation''. The location was central, easy to walk around the town and reach Ortigia on foot. It was the best place to stay during our trip to Sicily! Thank you ,Donatella and your family ! Janina, Peteris, Luka

Super modern and really well equipped. Everything was clean and nicely decorated - we totally felt at home. Next time we will definitely stay longer. We also really enjoyed the location, it was only a short walk from Ortigia and all the other nice places, but still felt really calm.

We had a truly wonderful 4-day stay in Floridia! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect base to explore beautiful nearby towns like Noto, Modica, Ragusa, and Ortigia. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with local tips, recommendations, and a warm smile. The area itself is peaceful. The home was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.
