Fabulous place, just a little out of town so after a full day's trek found the uphill way a bit hard. L9ved the house and attention to detail.

The neighborhood is calm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first day. Anna herself is a wonderful and warm person — she treated us like family and made us feel truly cared for. 💐 She is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met, always smiling and ready to help. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely come back again! 🌟

Beautiful accommodation and surrounding scenery. Nearby town Stia had plenty of options for groceries and eating out. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen. Good Wi-fi.

Beautifull remote location, wonderfull views on the hills, the house is nice to stay. As i am almost 2 meters tall, the house and beds suit very well. Good communication in English with the owner.

The property is located in a little hillside village about ten minutes drive (on steep and twisting roads) from the nearest shops etc. It is a very quiet and pretty location with great views across the valley to the hills beyond. It is in a great location for a range of activities on holiday. Going downhill and south, Florence is about an hour away by car and Pisa / Siena / San Marino about two hours. Going uphill and north, there are vast forests with lakes and great walking and cycling routes. The property has secure offsite parking with an outside dining area (with BBQ) and a good sized and sunny pool area. We were there too early in the year to use the pool but the area has a separate shower and toilet. There are plenty of good quality outside chairs provided for sitting and admiring the view. There are two very well equipped and spacious holiday units arranged as self contained ground floor and first floor apartments. We rented both units as a family and so had no problems with privacy on the site - however, it would be different if the two apartments were hired separately. Each apartment is typically rural Italian in style with good quality furniture. As a family, we enjoy cooking and eating together and each apartment had large enough kitchen and seating areas for us all to get together comfortably in just one apartment. The kitchens were well equipped and we could cook what we wanted without difficulty. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms in each unit are equally spacious and comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, and communication was very easy.
