This is a brand new villa. Everything was spotless, and super comfortable. The bedroom (with a view to Mt Fuji!) had 4 single beds, a large bath room, washing machine, and full equipped kitchen. Check in all done through a tablet, with no problems at all. We had a great stay!

Host went above and beyond by picking us up and dropping us off at the bus station and also letting us in early and leave our bags in the lobby area on the last day for us to collect later. House was very clean and well maintained.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning view of Mount Fuji, you could see the mountain from the living room and bedrooms. Staffs were super friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is one bathroom and two toilets. All rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air con. My kids loved this villa, high recommend for families.

The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.
