We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. It was our pleasure to stay in this Villa also and also to meet such a great person like Shameera. Thank you for everything, you have done for us. Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. The place is very nice and cozy, the bathroom was experince :) the host made us tasty and very big breakfast including fruit, pancakes and drinks! The garden is very beautiful and quiet. We recommend the place for šaty as we loved it

Very nice, clean and comfortable private guest house within a tropical garden and with a large swimming pool. The guest house has just 3 rooms and each has it’s own terrace with chairs and sun loungers. The guest house is very calm, no traffic noice, just birds and squirrels :-) Very good and rich breakfast. The hotel manager is extremely helpful and provides a lot of information. He speaks very well English. He rented us his scooter for low money, so that we could drive to the beach and town within a few minutes. The beaches are beautiful and clean, with some restaurants and bars. There a many nice restaurants directly at the train station close to the beach Picknick area. You have to cross the tracks to enter the restaurants.

    Everything is perfect, we liked this absolutely stunning villa. Thanks a lot our hospitable hosts for this amazing and stylish place. The villa is 2 steps from the beach and has a landscaped green area with hammocks and sun loungers. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I strongly recommend this place, it is the best choice, we were so happy to stay here

    We had a lovely family break at Sandul Villa for Christmas. Seneka was a very helpful host, and the staff at the villa were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious throughout, plenty of choice - the curries were particularly good. The villa is spacious, clean and whilst not super luxe it has most of what you need on holiday. The pool is excellent and well maintained.
