I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The house is huge, really comfortable, nice balconies and everything you need. It is really close to the beach. The family of owners are really nice. It was really calm and good to rest. I was surprised at first when I saw the pictures and description, but it is matching with what is said: 4 bedrooms, 3 stairs, 2 rooms with balconies, one rooftop, one kitchen, one living room downstairs with TV and one smaller at the first floor.

We stayed as a family of four in this beautiful and comfortable villa right by the beach. We had a wonderful stay delighted by the kind and helpful staff at Lohas Beach Villa. The landscape was gorgeous with lucious green trees and planrs and with comfortable different lounge areas. The bedrooms were big and clean, there was AC in every room. The bathrooms were fresh and there was strong water pressure. Every morning delicious breakfast with omelettes, bread, jam and fresh fruit was served outside. The owner Sisira was incredibly attentive and made sure that all our wishes were met. He arranged transports anywhere, planned different exercursions, and planned meals according to our wishes without any hassles. We recommend Lohas Beach villa for an amazing vacation in Sri Lanka. We would love to come back in the future!

I was here overall 23 days.My purpose to visit Sri Lanka was seeing the beauty seen the people nature everything .I have cravings to nourish that feeling.Im fascinating into Buddhism so I have to check it out.Rajmahal is a place where you can find everything peace freedom and perfect food with lot of flavours.Landlord Raj is amazing in all aspects. He give advices provide secure and support through whole staying .For all of us he is like a brother.So during my stay I meet a lot of a beautiful people that are incredible.I will always remember this until the end of time.If I can stay here for half of the year I will stay.Unfortunately I have to return back home.If you looking for place of freedom unlimitless potential tranquility .I have to definitely recommend Raj Mahal place.And by the way Raj massage is out of this world pure magic✨

Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable for our family. Beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine, peace and quiet. The staff of this establishment is impeccable, always smiling and kind. The chefs who really appealed to us were the ones who were willing to fulfill whatever we could think of, always interested in how we liked it. But the one who really became our hearts was our butler Manju.. not only did he take great care of us, but he was always available to us, no matter what we needed. He was not just a butler for us, but also a friend and always smiling friend of our children. Manju takes his job very seriously and tries to do his best for his guests. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the employees of this hotel, including the ladies at the reception, the gardeners and the boys who looked after us and cleaned the room, and last but not least the lifeguards. Thank you.

Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality.     It is rather small hotel 20-22 villas, situated in a beautiful green garden with a nice pool and access to a large and long beach. We stayed in a single unit villa. The highlights of the villa are the large bathroom with open air part and the large and comfortable bed. The restaurant of the hotel is a highlight too - very good food choices and quality (morning and evening buffet), as well as the service.
