Clean and well maintained living & Bedroom.. Alone silent place. I'm planning to visit again for a couple of days. Very friendly staff. I am very happy during my stay.

Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. It's a wonderful place for a small group of family and friends to spend time. The staff, Ruwan and Cyril are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Ruwan took us to town on his tuk whenever we needed it and also helped us with picking good restaurants and a boat ride. The kids loved the pool! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort the guys put into making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Outstanding service, facilities and experience. Private chef meals 5*, extremely comfortable room and bedding, two bathrooms inside and outside one to chose from, private terrace.

We had such a wonderful stay! The owner is the best host you can wish for. First day we did get an aloe vera juice, the aloe vera was from his garden. The next day we get a fresh coconut drink and after that we could eat the coconut meat, very delicious! And he also prepared a delicious meal, which was a big surprise for us. We had a lovely evening, talking and eating. The villa is beautiful, with a large garden. All the birds and monkeys we saw, it was fantastic. It is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery. We loved that! The room is equipped with a/c and a fan, a huge bed and our own bathroom. The bathroom wasn't fully finished yet, but it's only the walls that need some attention, everything else is fully functioning. We didn't mind that at all. We really recommend to stay at this villa!

Beautiful river facing Villa with clean rooms! The host helped us arrange for a river safari which was a great experience! The pool was clean and great for use all day!

The clean villa is located in a green garden,with chily atmosphere,not far away to the beach. The owner helps you in any case you need and more,great breakfast,profesional massage. Thanx 'Karl' and Family for the very very very friendly stay Hope to see you again

The place is lovely with only 3 villas among the jungles. It’s nice to have breakfast among nature. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. And I liked the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. It’s around 6-7 minutes walking to the ocean.
