At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and overall it felt like a great spot for a getaway. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

We had very relaxing and restful days. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy with fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good. It's only a short walk to the beach. The Kuma family are very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you very much for the days.

When you enter the accommodation from the outside, you enter a new world. The garden is beautiful, the accommodation lovingly designed. We were given a welcome drink and Raj cooked us a delicious dinner on request. I also received a free Ayurveda treatment for my injured foot, which helped a lot. Raj is a very caring and attentive host.

The property was very beautiful and we could just walk up to the beach anytime. The reception was super friendly and handled everything with efficiency. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The interior was very pretty. The pool was lovely. We had the dinner buffet. The restaurent staff was very welcoming. Two of my friends had dinner from the Al-carte menu and they were given a complimentary dessert because the rest of us were having buffet. The waiters were very attentive and provided us everything we required. Overall, we had a lovely stay because the staff was very attentive and acted swiftly whenever we needed something.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was a relax and work trip for my employees and they loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink. Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable for our family. Beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine, peace and quiet. The staff of this establishment is impeccable, always smiling and kind. The chefs who really appealed to us were the ones who were willing to fulfill whatever we could think of, always interested in how we liked it. But the one who really became our hearts was our butler Manju.. not only did he take great care of us, but he was always available to us, no matter what we needed. He was not just a butler for us, but also a friend and always smiling friend of our children. Manju takes his job very seriously and tries to do his best for his guests. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the employees of this hotel, including the ladies at the reception, the gardeners and the boys who looked after us and cleaned the room, and last but not least the lifeguards. Thank you.

Very Clean property. Massive front garden to play Badminton, cricket and football with Kids. Badminton NET, rackets, bat, ball and wickets...etc.. available. Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.
