A great place for a family with children. 10 steps and the sea. Wonderful owners Maria, Nataliya and their mother 🥰. there are many interesting places to see nearby.

Beachfront Orahovac is a hidden treasure on the Northern shore of The Bay of Kotor. This area is a good choice, when you prefer to avoid overcrowded beaches of Budva. When choosing this accommodation you will get a compact villa that faces midday and evening sun and has its own seashore. Terrace extendes from villa up to seashore. Up to six persons will spend a very pleasant holiday here. Villa has two well-stocked kitchens and plenty of other items you would need during your stay. For us host allowed parking next to the house on the street and although it seems to be narrow, it still manages to fit both traffic and parking. Orahovac itself has couple of restaurants and you can always drive east or west to go to other locations. Host's family is kind and helpful and we definitely advise to book this villa.

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

The villa is very pleasant, spacious, everything is new and clean. The host is extremely hospitable and professional. We were surprised that we got a jacuzzi and a barbecue for free in the pool area. The food is very tasty, high quality and very affordable. The villa is private with a large yard, affordable for a large number of people. The huge terrace and the view of the bay are the highlights of this vacation house. The host gave us a bottle of red wine and turned on the air conditioning before we arrived so we were at the perfect temperature. Additional towels for swimming in the sea at the foot of the hill are provided in the house, as well as binoculars for viewing the scenery. There's private parking for about four cars, but need to drive down a slight slope. If you have a larger car, you can make use of the parking lot of a neighboring property for easy access (drive in the neighboring parking lot a little bit and drive out). Be careful not to park elsewhere just for convenience. I did once (parked in front of an unfinished building) and the next morning I found the angry owner smashed an egg on my window shield. There's a path down the hill to the side of the house, and there's a small shop right at the bottom, making it convenient for buying daily necessities and food. Best of all, the host offers direct pick-up and booking for the Blue Grotto tour, eliminating the need to travel to the town. I checked the price of a tour that included Our Lady of the Rocks, the Yugoslavia Marine Bunker, and the Blue Cave, so I knew the host's price was very reasonable. Best of all, the speedboat picks us up at the nearby seaside of the house (just walk down from the house to the nearest bay beach) and returns us right back to the same spot, making it very convenient.

    Great location and a beautiful view. Good swimming right in front of the villa. You can walk to restaurants, bakeries, and the store. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped. There is free parking on site. Excellent, quick and friendly communication with the hosts. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They even welcomed us with fresh, homemade pastries!
