The house is gorgeous, really well designed with a lovely outside area. The house is well equipped and the showers were excellent too. The view is amazing and it’s a great location between Perast and Kotor. Igor was a great host and we had wonderful time

Our stay in Villa Nikola was perfect. The house is very cozy and nice and it has good air conditioning. Most of our time we spent in the pool and outside kitchen area which was also amazing. The location is very beautiful, plenty of bars/restaurants and a shop in walking distance. And the host was super warm, positive and helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

wonderful house with a garden, great location, close to the sea. Very clean. sitting on the terrace enjoying breakfast with a view of the sea and the landscape. Beautiful cabin, with everything you need. The bed was comfortable Breakfast was perfect The host was super friendly, and took us on a tour on the property. We saw the horses, the chickens, and a hidden view point to lake skader. Highly recommend

It is a holiday home with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Ideally located in the middle of Kotor and Tivat resorts, you can easily access all the resorts and beaches in the area. The very clean pool, the host Sanja a big-hearted host and the great view of the Bay of Kotor made our holiday unforgettable! We will be back!
