Big, beautiful, and clean House. Everyone will find a place for himself. Very nice view of the Ocean. The barbecue place was fully prepared. Although it was a little bit higher and a little bit colder the sun was shining in the garden warming it all. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, etc. There was also coffee and oil in it. We really enjoy it all.

Very confortable house with really good beds and sofas, shower/bath. Also a very nice outside (terass) and surrounding. Porto Moniz is à really good place with the natural swimmingpool. We enjoyed our time in Casa de Grota, a wellcoming house, perfect to feel relaxed

This property in Porto Moniz is a true gem! Its location is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to the charming, well-maintained town. The natural pools are perfect for relaxing after a day of trekking. The house is newly built, beautifully designed, and meticulously maintained, with all the essentials provided, including a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. It’s just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from the main hotel, allowing you to enjoy peace and tranquility while still having access to all hotel amenities. The rooftop pool offers an amazing panoramic view, ideal for unwinding. Despite being a separate property, guests can take full advantage of the hotel's services, which is a major plus. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly resolving a small issue we had. A special mention goes to the abundant breakfast, packed with fresh, local products that made the stay even more enjoyable.

    I believe that the owner uses the house as a villa cottage and from this point of view the equipment is adequate. Very good communication, lots of tips for the area, restaurants, etc. . Special thanks for the possibility of accommodation with our JRT and also the bottle of wine and cookies.
