Villa Anna Splendid Sunset Ocean Front is a true paradise on earth. From the very first glance off the terrace, we were left breathless – the ocean stretches endlessly before you, and every evening it transforms into a living canvas of the most magnificent sunsets one could ever imagine. Mornings began with gentle yoga on the terrace, with nothing but the sound of waves and the feeling of a new day being born with fresh energy. A swim in the saltwater pool felt like bathing in the sea itself, yet in complete privacy and comfort. Each day we looked forward to Anna’s breakfast – not just a meal, but an experience prepared with love, setting the tone for the entire day. Alex became our invaluable guide – his tips and advice led us to places and moments we would never have discovered on our own. And then came the evenings… moments when we sank into a lounge chair and simply gazed at the stars as they lit up over the ocean. It was a time of pure peace, harmony, and connection with this magical place. Villa Anna is not just accommodation – it is an experience that etches itself deep into your heart. And it is one of the very few places where we can honestly say: we will most certainly return.

We liked everything. Villa has really nice view. All the rooms are big and nice. Living room is amazing with a lot of place for all family to gather. Kitchen is really fully equipped. Also the host is amazing, really halpfull and responsive.

Nice house, excellent communication, nice area. Close to Cetes Cidades and Ponta Delgades. And Very close to Feraria, the warm natural pool in the sea! We liked it a lot! Very friendly owner, we had a very good time at the house and at Sao Miguel, calm neighbourhood but nearby to the hotspots, we had a very good sleep.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. As the very first guests of this new hotel, we were treated with exceptional care and attention. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and the natural beauty of the Azores. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s commitment to family-friendly service was evident in the little touches, such as a crib for our baby. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary. This is a cute, comfortable, well-remodeled home in a convenient part of Sao Miguel. We stayed as a family of 4, and my daughter said it was her favorite stay ever. The outdoor garden and showers are a nice touch coming back from the nearby beach. The host Ines is a wonderful person and was so helpful, she gave us directions, fresh bananas from her tree, and even helped get us an item we had left behind!

This place is an absolute gem! The house is stunning, the location perfect, and the atmosphere peaceful. The heated pool with ocean views was easily my favorite part. You’re just a short drive from Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes from Populo Beach for surfing, and within easy reach of the whole island. Plus, there are two natural pools right next door. Everything about our stay was incredible. A huge thank you to our host Teresa, for making everything about our stay so special. It felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t recommend it more!

    Beautiful location right in front of the lake, peaceful and serene. The front yard of the villa is huge and gives a lot of space for sunbathing and chilling. The interiors of the house are unique and gives a very vintage vibes. Attention to detail is fabulous. The big windows makes the house well lit and open. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials. The walks around the villa are beautiful.

    Very comfy and feels like home. The garden is fantastic with lots of different plants and looks like in s fairy tail. Every morning you wake up at birds singing. We were welcomed with basket of local treats (home made butter, cheese, honey, fruits etc. and a bottle of wine), which made our breakfast throughout our stay, and were very delicious. Also bikes and kayaks are included in the price, which is awesome. Absolutely recommended place to stay. Parking is no issue in the village, but they have private parking.

    Amazing location. Private serene and gorgeous. The house has all the basics plus a large dining/entertaining area. The lake is across the lane a few hundred meters and the rest of the house is surrounded by gorgeous pastures. The lane along the lake is great for morning walks or jogs. The cute village of Sete Cidades is just around the lake so it’s a quick drive to dining etc.

    The property is in Sete Cidades closest to the well known attactions of Sao Miguel island. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Beatriz was really nice and very helpful. It is a very quiet location and if you come between June and August you will experience the beauty of blooming hydrangeas!

    we stayed 4 days in the Front House which has a sea view of Lagoa Azul. The interior of the House was modern and super cozy (Not the same as in the pictures on booking), we really loved the sleeping room/space upstairs. the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. there is even a mini market just two houses away. also there is a Small Supermarket in the village. José was a very friendly Host and you could always contact him By phone.
