We have been staying in Akyaka for the third year and this time we chose Tomsan Villas. We liked everything: from Özgür's warm welcome, the cozy area with a swimming pool, the apartments, and the surrounding area (a pine park) - everything is very private, clean, and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they are available 24/7 to solve any problems and provide assistance. The photos accurately reflect the experience. I highly recommend this property. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The host family was exceptionally friendly, maintaining helpful but non-intrusive contact from booking through the stay. The house features a spacious living room and two separate bedroom areas with split bath facilities, which was convenient for us and our grown-up children to have our own spaces.

The property is in Armutalan, it has loads of little convenience stores just a few roads away, pharmacy and places to eat. Definitely check out Cite Pide. Armutalan has it’s own strip of restaurants, bars and shops which is about 10-15 minute walk if you didn’t fancy going into Marmaris centre. It is quite hilly, so if you have elders in the family or kids and you don’t have a car this is something to consider. The pool is a lovely size and always clean. The property was clean inside out. The bedrooms have aircon but not the living room. We went when it was 35 degrees so sat in the garden on an evening if we weren’t out. The host is so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car and carrying water was hard so he picked us up 2 bottles and wouldn’t take the money. The kitchen has kettle, fridge/ freezer, oven etc. could’ve have done with a microwave. Not many of the locals speak English but we managed and they are really friendly if you need a taxi they are more than happy to call one for you. I would download google translate. Definitely would go again and stay here. Lovely villa, has everything you need

I liked the location of the property it was in old town Marmaris near the castle and Marina, the apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It had a beautiful view and the host was very kind allowed us to check on early and check out late because we had a baby which was perfect for our family.
