The building is great , the apartment too and both look better in reality than the photos .I m writing the review for apartment 1014 as their was a mistake with booking but I guess all the apartments are great. The view from the 44th floor was amazing.

The apartment is on the44th floor of an A-class skyscraper with full infrastructure as described and perfectly working. The place is well-equipped and nicely furnished, great city-view. The hosts are always there to help the guests. There is full external infrastructure downstairs too: sufficient supermarket, beauty salon, restaurant and pharmacy. The price for this place is super reasonable for what you get. The place is good for people, who are here for business and other purposes than tourism, as it’s quite remote from all the attractions.

We visited as a group of 9 and had an amazing time staying at this house. It's perfect for a large group and even better than it looks in the photos! The house is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh bed linens and towels provided. Each floor has a small station with a sink and space for coffee, along with a bathroom. The top-floor balcony offers breathtaking views, and the cozy small yard is a great addition. The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxing as a group. The kitchen seemed fully equipped, though we didn't cook during our stay. There are small cafes nearby for meals and a convenience market for essentials, though no large supermarkets are in the area. The location is very accessible—close to a station and just a 10-15 minute bus ride to Taksim. Bedrooms are air-conditioned, which made our stay even more comfortable. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, but we noticed a slight musty smell on the basement floor where one bedroom is located. Thankfully, with 9 people, we were able to avoid using that floor. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience! Highly recommend this place for groups.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of Istanbul. Balat is an interesting mix of people - the original inhabitants living their traditional lifestyles alongside young, trendy Istanbulites and Instagramming tourists. All sharing the neighbourhood's many cosy cafes and bakeries and wandering up and down the cobbled streets. It's a ten minute walk to the ferry and the tram with easy access to Eminonu (about 8 minutes by tram) and Karakoy (about 15 minutes on the ferry). We got ubers and taxis in the area, which were quite cheap. The apartment itself is stunningly beautiful, with carved ceilings and chandeliers in some rooms, lush linen bedcovers, warmly coloured tiles and interesting pieces of art and vintage furniture. It's well equipped with everything we needed (mind you we didn't cook or spend much time there as we were out all day). We loved buying bread from the bakeries and having breakfast on the roof terrace. There's a very useful book of information on things to do in the area and the wider city. The owners are helpful and were always available by text to answer questions and give recommendations. Our party of four loved it and would stay there again.

Everything was super clean and well kept. The downstairs pool table was super fun as a group of lads visiting. The location in Balat is great, with lots to see nearby. The host, Suleyman was very prompt with any issues and was very accessible on WhatsApp
