Villa Sheyma was ideal for what we wanted. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The size of the villa was great for us as two people. Facilities were great too. The host was really accommodating and was regularly checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are back in the area, would rebook!

It is a beautiful location, and the villa has all the comforts. It is fully equipped as presented by the owner. Everything is impeccable, from linen, cleaning, kitchen utensils and the host is very welcoming. A 5-minute walk away, there is a Migros store and also there, every Thursday, it is a clothes and food market. The furniture and electrical appliances are new and the rooms, are equipped with very powerful air conditioners, both for heating and for cooling.

It was a magnificent experience staying at the villa. Definitely exceeded expectations. The view was breathtaking, the host was very attentive and helped with various questions. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to the center of Kasha, and there is a grocery store nearby. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramar in Kalkan. The Villa itself was well equipped and had all we needed, a lovely pool and small supermarket and restaurants close by (<5 minutes’ walk) Unfortunately we had an issue with a toilet on the top floor that started on day one, but the owner was fast and helpful and solved the problems short after. Last time we were in Kalkan was in 2017 and a lot happened since. There is huge more offers of restaurants and bars, but the price range has changed to at least >25% during that time, maybe also due to covid in 2020>. We had a very wonderful time in Kalkan and especially in Villa Miramar, that we would recommend at any time.

Very quiet place designed very nicely and equipped with quality furnitures along with well selected home appliances and gadgets. The location of the house is great with a lovely seaview not only from the terrace but also from the infinity pool. Last but not least, we would like to thank the owner for his swift responses to our questions.

We have been coming to Kalkan for over 20 years and stayed at a variety of villas. All I can say is what a fabulous villa! It had great views of Kalkan bay and the location was quiet and suitable for both couples and families. Easy walk in to Kalkan centre. Shopping facilities were close by as well as places to eat or get deliveries. The host and gardener were very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They set up a Whats app group so they were always contactable. Key collection worked well. The villa was finished to a high standard and was well equipped for cooking indoors and outside on the BBQ. Fridge and freezer had plenty of room to keep food and drink cool. Ice maker in freezer was useful. Plenty of comfortable sitting areas in the lounge and outside areas. There was choice for eating inside or outside. There was a choice of air conditioning and/or ceiling fans which were very efficient. This is so important especially with young children. Beds were great for a good night's sleep with good storage space in all the bedrooms. Having an ensuite for every bedroom gave everyone privacy. There was no queues for the shower! We had the use of soft bath and beach towels which makes more room in the suitcase. The pool was very clean and a good size. The pool was in the sun all day. It was safe for small children. There were areas for sunbathing and shady places when you need a break. The outside area was well maintained and the gardens were awash with colour and scent from the flowers. We had three children with us aged 11 months, 2 years and 3 and a half years. The villa was very practical and safe for them. High chairs and cot bed was of a high standard too. Washing machine and drying facilities were excellent and was very useful with small children after they have eaten chocolate ice cream! We had a lovely holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone who wants a perfect holiday stay.
