Our own pool with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The area is residential so we had no issues with noise. There is a little market down the road for fresh bread and snacks. Also loved the little cats that paid us a visit. Ladies Beach is a short walk away and taxis are so cheap we had no issues getting around. We did have to get our google maps out for most taxis but that's no issue. The unit was spotless and had aircon in all areas. We have recommended the Ada Marin to our friends who visit Kusadasi frequently. I would not stay anywhere else if we were to return.

this house is perfect for a family stay. there are 2 bedrooms one of which can accomodate 3 beds, which is quite fine for kids. next bedroom is connected through a door by the kitchen. btw, kitchen is well equipped including 2 coffee machines and 1 tea machine with an oven & cooker. garden is huge. swimming pool is not very big, but again very well maintained.

It is a great place to stay in big groups. The garden and the pool are cleaned everyday, the house is every 3rd day. Every issue is treated seriously and resolved by the workers immediately. There is public transport (dolmuş) nearby and a market. You can order food from local apps or your market shopping. The beach is walking distance if you are okay walking one big hill but it is manageable. The atmosphere is magnificent, every sunset is magical and the sky is full of stars. It was a very relaxing holiday. I'd definitely like to come again.

Position was perfect with amazing view over the beach. With in metres we were on the fabulous promenade and the beach. The villa was so much bigger than expected and the balcony was huge with table, chairs up one end and 2 large comfy lounge suites up the other! Full kitchen with large fridge. Shops, supermarket even a hairdresser all within walking distance.

Everything was perfect, in the center of Kusadasi near the Market, you can go everywhere by foot, the apartment is brand new, super clean. Highly recommended...and the Landlords very kind and pleasant (Nur)❤️❤️🔝🔝🔝❤️❤️
