The property was stunning and the whole house was gorgeously designed and decorated. Three comfortable rooms fit us four very comfortably - we just wished we had booked it for longer to be able to enjoy all the outdoor space (fire pit, porch swing, etc) and lovely interior! Tea and coffee with the Keurig easily available in the morning and plenty of towels and shower toiletries as needed. A great place with easy check in and check out. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Murphy’s Law and we enjoyed it just as much as our first visit. The room was comfortable and very clean. The Murphy’s Law Public House has friendly service and good food. Leeds is a tiny town but is blessed with an excellent bakery, Lindsey’s breakfast place, and coffee shop.

The property itself was amazing! Cosy yet spacious, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. It was also great to have direct access to the lake with a kayak and padel. And the hot tub was a great addition.
