The owners were extremely helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. They even helped us with the washing machine late at night. The locations is great. Only a few minutes down to he beach and restaurants.

If you like the more homy feel of staying in a private house this is for you. The sweetest couple who is very welcoming and helpful with the small inquieries you might have. The atmosphere at the place is beautiful with flowers and calm outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Just a short walk to the beaches and restaurants of the city. I didn't find the hill to the house a problem. Its steep and it's more comfortable not to do in 30 degrees midday, but with a normal fitness level and walking abilities is it's just fine.

Shout out to one of the best places I have ever stayed at! My husband and I had an amazing time in Ksamil, the Vila is very clean, great location with 3 minutes walking distance. A huge thank you to the lady of the house for being such welcoming and helpful with suggesting places that we could visit. Very friendly staff. The room was much better than I expected, with a little kitchen and table. All the property is clean and has parking. Anxhelo is so helpful and kind, open to help with anything! You can rent a bike in the hotel and be in the city centre in 5 minutes. I would go back for sure!
