Located 700 metres from Buye Beach, Villas at Chalet De Buye offers accommodation with a patio, as well as barbecue facilities. The beach is just 8 min walk away (and that’s my slow walk, I timed it walking with a beach chair on my back!). There are other amazing beaches in driving distance for variety. The place is perfectly equipped for self-sufficient holiday - beach chairs, cooler box etc. There is everything you need for cooking - all functioning, everything thought about. It feels like a lot of thought has gone into practicalities - it really is super user friendly and handy. I had planned to stay a week but changed my plans and stayed an extra week instead of looking for other places to just “change the scene” - there is a lot accessible in the driving distance, it’s a good base for visiting Playa Sucia (30 min) or even Crash Boat Beach (a little over an hour drive). The customer service is impeccable. Whenever I needed anything, I always got a reply in less than an hour, including on a Sunday. Top marks for this place!

This was my first time staying at Casa Sofia , and I felt like home, very confortable, the host was very friendly and nice , the best thing about this place was that it is a gated community so you feel very safe, I am very happy with the experience and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bayahibe Beach is 3.5 km from the property. Spacious apartment with great balconies and kitchen. Beautiful swimming pools and greenery. Calm and quite at all times, especially at night. There are a couple restaurants and cafes nearby and even a public beach. Although to use the beach we went to the Wyndham down the street (great beach, good looking hotel, but terrible food, loud music, crowds) and the Hilton La Romana (smaller beach but real luxury, great food, great stuff, calm and relaxing)

The private beach, stunning terrace, and breathtaking infinity pool are just a few highlights that make this place truly special. A heartfelt thank you to David for creating such a soulful retreat.

The host met us at the property with the keys and gave a quick tour of the house and grounds, which was appreciated. The space was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The grounds were well maintained and the area felt very safe. We'd be happy to stay here again.
