I can't rate the old chair workshop highly enough - absolutely beautiful find after a long day on the dales way. Excellent facilities, lovely kitchen with everything you could want, well decorated. It was a very cold night (about minus 8) but I was warm and cosy. Thankyou!

Featuring mountain views, Cross Haw Cottage provides accommodation with a patio, around 37 km from World of Beatrix Potter. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 46 km from Askham Hall. A very nice little cottage, very cosy and comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect, right out in the middle of the most beautiful countryside, but also very close to Sedbergh which is an interesting place with good pub and cafe. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would have liked to stay a lot longer and we will definitely be coming back!

Really pleased with the beds which we found just to our liking for a good night's sleep.
