Both drivers had good English and were reasonably priced. Thank you very much to Dolvi (staff at Ara) for driving us and being so patient with the construction on the way and driving us to dinner that evening. - Large, spacious and clean room. - Beautiful surrounding gardens. The properties back on to a bamboo forest and river. - Simple and nice breakfast. We were served fresh avocado which came from the tree on-site. - Recommend to visit the spider web rice fields which are close by.

The rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfast was beyond tasty and amazing, along with the dinners they offer too. They accommodate every need and helped us find activities to do every day, giving us tour guides or advice. We did 3 nights originally and loved it so much we extended to 5 nights. We got to speak to their other welcoming family members/ neighbours and even attend the local wedding party as part of the family. Best Homestay we have had in our 6 month travel, we will be back :)
