Plenty of space for four people to spread out and enjoy the view across the lake. The close proximity to the amazing geological sites was a real bonus. The laundry facilities were excellent and we made good use of them.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location was excellent and the view of the lake was stunning. The suite was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the washing machine.

Overlooking Lake Mývatn, this camping site offers cottages with wooden floors, a private bathroom and a terrace. Krossdalur Golf Course is 500 metres away, and Reykjahlíd village is 1 km from the cottages. Location, spacious very good for a family stay.

We loved all the interesting old pieces that decorated the home along with the homemade crafts for sale. This is an old building that has been repurposed so it’s unique.
