The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

The best accommodation so far in our road trip around Iceland.. It's a lovely house with everything you need for your stay. The views are superb.

Svartaborg is set in Húsavík and has a private pool and pool views. With river views, this accommodation features a patio. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We had a great stay at Svartaborg! It is perfect for getaway weekend with a loved one or family and the best choise for those who want to enjoy the silence and relax. There were more apartments around but in a distance that did not bother us at all, we felt like we were there alone what was great! Well eqipted kitchen and easy control hottube. Many small details that made us smile and we really felt welcome. We higly recomend Svartaborg and would like to stay there again if we get the chance :)

This is a very spacious and beautiful house with wonderful views! Easy check in, exceptionally clean and well stocked. This is the only house on our 2 week journey through Iceland that had a full size washer AND dryer! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

You can enjoy sea views from all cottages. This beautiful cottage is both stylish and cosy, with a well equipped kitchen and a hot tub to give a wonderful stay for our family. The duplex apartment is designed with the sofa and TV set on upper level, and kitchen and dining area on ground level, which is unique and delighful. The hot tub sits just outside the living room dining area, overlooking the snow peaks in the East, provides the perfect moment of tranquility to relax and recharge ourselves after a long day of driving. It is easily set up in 30 mins. Our stay here is one of the highlights of the entire 9- Day Iceland trip, and certainly look forward to be back again.

An absolutely beautiful, private cottage with spectacular views of the sea. The kitchenette was great for making lunch to take on the road. A 2 minute drive to the centre of town.
