The house is very spacious and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine. A well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave oven, capsule coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of useful products. There was water, juices, beer, olive oil, sunflower oil and butter, a lot of all kinds of spices and sauces, pasta, jam, honey, chocolate, cookies and even pancakes. Such attention to guests was very nice! Each bathroom also had useful things: shampoo, shower gel, body cream. Lots of snow-white towels! There are also two beach chairs and two sun beds. Alberto is a very friendly, caring and attentive host! He was available at any time and ready to fulfill requests. The house is very conveniently located. In five minutes you can walk to the Сonad grocery store. 30 meters from the house there is a store with essential products. You can walk to the free cozy beach with a nice restaurant in 5-7 minutes. All kinds of natural and historical attractions are also very close to house. We sincerely recommend this wonderful house to everyone! And we will be glad to come back again!

Andrea, our host was very friendly and helpful, and showed us where to park our car. There was a very convenient supermarket nearby too. There was ample and secure parking a 2 min walk from the house and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was in perfect condition, new and had everything we could possibly want; a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, super comfortable double bed (and two single beds that we didn't use). We had lots of space as there are two bedrooms and the facilities were amazing. We really loved the balcony too and being able to sit outside with a cup of tea. Lots of care and attention has been given to every detail in the house. The host was amazing too, she kept in contact throughout and responded very quickly to any questions. It was completely stress free and we would definitely love to stay again! 10/10!!
