The property owner met us at their offices on arrival and personally escorted us to to the property to show us around, which I appreciated a lot, especially since it might not have been obvious how to get there on our own at first. We stayed three nights. If you do nothing but hang around there (a valid choice) that would be enough time, but we zoomed all over the island and explored Caprera, too, so in the end we wished we had even more time to relax at Marginetto and float in the water.

The location was perfect for the town, restaurants, beach and also easy access to boat trips. Supermarket short distance away. Lots to do locally helped by the information sheets provided.
