Be aware, they want 10 euro fee if you checkin after 18.00. Some 300 meters away there is a nice caffeteria, where to take croassant in the morning. Area is silent and calm. Highly reccommended as place to book.

The bedroom was very comfortable and the linen and even curtains were of pure linen/cotton. Also duvet was filled with down. We had an excellent stay and super good sleep. Plus this place is a hidden gem - more beautiful than the nearby Udine. We would have stayed there for two more nights if we had known that the puctured tyre we got on our motorcycle could only be fixed on Monday. The apartment is located in zona traffico limitato. So you cannot drive your car in there, nor park. However, you can park nearby (outside the zone) and easily walk to the apartment.

We stayed in a beautifully renovated traditional Resian house, blending rustic charm with cozy modern comforts — think views of amazing nature and peaks right from the window. The surrounding Julian Alps were breathtaking, ideal for peaceful hikes with no digital distractions, just the sound of wind and birds. A real digital detox — just pure relaxation and warm locals sharing some homemade product in nearby bar. A rejuvenating, soul-soothing getaway we’ll cherish forever!
