The host Danilo and his family were exceptional, went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. It was convenient to eat at their little restaurant which served good traditional meals. The cabin had everything we needed, WiFi, smart tv, coffee facilities, couch, bed and a neat bathroom. We will definitely be back!

The property was ideally located to visit both the north and south of Montenegro. It is a beautiful new house, with everything you need, it was just perfect. So peaceful, with stunning views and surrounded by a variety of birds. The hosts really made us feel welcome. On arrival we had wine, beer and fruit grown on their land, left for us at the property. Throughout the week they would send freshly made food and local produce over for us to try. We spent the week exploring Montenegro but coming back to the cottage and sitting on the terrace in the evening with a glass of wine was definitely our favourite part of the day. Many thanks to Dunya and all the family for making our stay so special. This place is a must for any one wanting to explore the less tourist based places of Montenegro. It is a real gem. Situated in Nikšić in the Niksic County region, Lake house Zoya features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. It was more than we expected! The house has an amazing view, plenty of space, a barbecue, and kayaks. The parking area is spacious—we easily parked three cars without any issues. There’s both outdoor and indoor seating, and the house has air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The beach is only a 2–3 minute walk from the house; the road could be better, but we managed just fine. Our host was very helpful. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

The house is perfect,no neighbours near,big garden,pet friendly,very clean and the house built with much love in details. 15 minutes to drive to the beautifull sea and there you can start trecking routes without ending.
