It’s very cozy and comfortable. It’s super clean and very well equipped. Views and terrace are delightful with direct access to animal farm (sheep and chickens). A lot of historical trails in the area. The family who owns the cottage is lovely.

Our family of 5 was visiting Hobbiton and we needed a place where we could all stay together comfortably. This house had everything we needed and lovely unexpected touches like chocolates and coffee!
