Tanaw was SO much better than expected. My villa was stunningly gorgeous with the most beautiful outdoor shower, very comfortable bed, lovely private pool, and so much space. I was working remote from there and they even brought me an office chair AND breakfast since I had to work from 6 am to 11 am and breakfast places did not open until 7:30. This was an incredibly kind and exceptional touch. Really above and beyond. The wifi was also excellent. If there was more availability, I would have stayed all month! I actually had to leave since no room and came back for one more day after (the only day they had). Location is nice. I like being a bit closer to the action, but they always called tuk tuks for me and it was super simple. I can't wait to go back.

The staff here are incredible, they did grocery runs for us and kept our fridge full of beers! They also cooked breakfast for us in the villa one morning which was amazing. Very beautiful place excellent facilities super clean room and beautiful mature gardens Henry the owner is very helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This place is excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Motorcycle hire is also available on site and at very reasonable price. Each villa is a complete fully fitted house with kitchen. Featuring a private beach and outdoor pool, Sunset Bay Beach Villas is a beachfront property situated in General Luna. The accommodation provides peaceful and comfortable villas. The famous Cloud 9 surfing site is just a few minutes walk away. the personal pool, we have a mix family 2 year old to 17 year old. so everyone need something a bit different. the Sunset Bay Beach Villas was the place for us. first real holiday in a long time.

It was conveniently located near the main road, yet secluded enough to minimize noise. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Entering the gate truly felt like a vacation.

She made us felt welcome and looked after the whole time while at the villa. We could say she was the big part of making our stay exceptionally well. The villa has a very island vide to it that really fits the location. It has a nice private pool which was perfect for days you just want to relax. I would say it is not too central and you would enjoy a peaceful home while in Siargao. It is a tropical island so expect some bugs while at the villa. The internet is fast without any interruption useful if you are working remotely. If surfing is your cup of tea the villa is next to a good surfing spots and walking distance to tauson break. A huge plus just to walk a few meters to enjoy a morning surf.
