A great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Set in a beautiful town, close to The Fisherman’s Trail. Highly recommended.

Featuring a garden and views of pool, Herdade de Vale Maceiras is a holiday home set in a historic building in Santiago do Cacém, 22 km from Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The rooms include a balcony with views of the garden. The views were amazing, the place was immaculate and Vasco (the owner) was super friendly and available to help with anything we might need. The place has AC and there’s also a clean pool that had cristal clear water in it even though it’s February and it’s definitely not swimming season here in Portugal! P.s.: Being able to watch the sunrise from our doorstep was just the icing on the cake ;)

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa has facilities for disabled guests. It’s was clean, and modern, good shower & heat. Nice quiet courtyard, friendly hosts. Safe & secure, good location.

Just a lovely warm little house tucked away down a side street ...yes we really liked it

Accommodation is made of houses and apartments spread through the property and private rooms. All houses include a living room with a fireplace, a satellite TV, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette. Guests staying in the suites have access to an external shared kitchen. Exceptional place to spent some days, near all amazing beaches in Rota Vicentina (10min to Zambujeira do Mar, etc), with pool to enjoy on those uncertain days, Baerbel was an amazing host, caring, happy and very helpful, providing with information and anything missing. Surely a place to return to in the future!
