Beautiful setting surrounded by nature — gardens, forests, and plenty of walking paths. It was perfect for exploring with kids and watching the sheep, chickens, and other animals. We loved the mix of orange trees, olive groves, and pine forest. We had a great time! The hosts were incredibly helpful and even offered to do our laundry for free. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Birdy House was a delightful stay, we loved it the moment we opened the front door off the quiet cobblestoned street… it’s beautifully decorated with attention to details. It had just about everything we needed for an 11 day stay…some kitchen cooking condiments, (check the cupboards before you head off to the market), close to walk everything, lots of restaurants and shopping, a cute little patio…and quiet at night.

The host Bella was super helpful and even booked us a boat tour at last minute. The pool area is gorgeous and theres a little bar and lounge area. The room was amazing, so spacious and such good value for the amount of accommodation you got. Everything was practically new and the check in process super smooth. The host left some little treats for us on arrival like honey and we receive a freshly baked daily bread delivery which was such a nice touch. When we left we also got a little gift of some local salt. Would thoroughly recommend. 5* from us!

The farmhouse is so peaceful and a beautiful place to switch off and relax! We used the bikes to get around and only 10mins into tavira!
