Saladan School is 1.3 km away and Police Station is 1.6 km from the villa. We stayed here in April for a week as a family of 4 (two kids 6 & 9). It was an amazing location, 5mins walk to the beach, 3mins walk to a local minimart and scooter hire. The main road was relatively close and gave great access to the rest of the island. We hired scooters to get around and explore. The closest section of the main road has amazing selection of restaurants and the night markets. We stayed away from the restaurants on the beach as they were very expensive. Pond was the most amazing host at the villas and was available to help with anything and recommendations. Pretty much all the villas had families when we stayed which was great for our kids to meet others to play with. The pool was cleaned every day and kept us cooled between adventures on the island. The villa was everything we needed. Full kitchen, dining table and couch to relax. Heaps of room for us, 2 single beds in one room for the kids and a large bed for us, each bedroom had an A/C unit as well as one in the living area. We would love to return to YinDee again but for longer next time!

Our room was spotless,it's one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Bearkfast was great.near to bars and restaurants but far enough away. Very quiet. Mr &Mrs Phong are so lovely and helpful Would definitely stay here again

Jay will help you with everything, he was very attentive and gave us many tips to discober the island. The room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect because it’s close to the restaurants and the beach and it’s near by a coconut mangroove so it’s very quiet and calm. The pool is also very good, we were all days alone!

Guests who drive can enjoy free on-site parking. This place is amazing. Pool was great , staff was great, food was great. The rooms were so cool and different. All wooden finishings and great beds. We had a 2 bedroom with common area. It was much more than we expected.

Clean, well-kept. Kind and helpful owner who reached out and let me in. There is no attached restaurant, but lots of other places to eat and drink a short walk away.
