There’s even a small private beach! Conveniently located - two restaurants next door but 10 mins walk away more beach restaurants and a 7-11. the place place for breakfast was at the cafe that is newly opened on site. Coffee and matcha were 10/10. You also get 10% if staying here The host Latte is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help us if we have any questions. Everything offered here is a really reasonable rate, they’re not overcharging so it makes life really easy like renting a bike and doing your laundry here. All the staff are lovely. You can tell the hosts puts her heart and soul into this place :)

Very comfortable and new and the design is lovely. The staff is fantastic and Honey was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. There are many shops and restaurant around and the beach is 3 min walk. I really recommend this place and will absolutely come back. Thank you ka 🙏

Beautiful space, quiet and tastefully decorated. Very welcoming host and lovely atmosphere. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed and a lovely outside area. Really cosy , we will visit again and stay in this room, we loved it so much !

Offering an outdoor pool and water sports facilities, Baan View Talay Pool Villas is situated in Koh Phangan. Free WiFi is available . These villas are absolutely incredible. They are very private and ours had a lovely view of the hills and sea. The pool is perfectly sized for a family of 4 and although not heated was a very warm. We stayed in a two bed villa which was brilliantly laid out and gave us our own kids/adult spaces. The air con was amazing too as it was very hot on certain days. One of the best things about this place is the staff. Julianee is such a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us. She happily ferried us to and from the village every day and organised day trips for us and taxis when we wanted to go further afield. Also - the breakfasts are incredible, especially the coffee which is better than any coffee I have ever had in my life. The small village is a ten minute walk away and is like a movie set. Not only does it all look beautiful but the restaurants are all really nice and cheap. We also ate on the beach at Buri Rasa a few times which was nice but our favourite place was Rasta Baby - a really cool bar with a tree house style restaurant serving delicious food. All in all I think Baan View is the best possible place you could stay in this area and definitely the best value for money. We have stayed at the Anantara here before which (although a better location in the middle of all the action) is nowhere near as nice as Baan View, gives you way less space and is about 4 times the price. ps - don't go to the Elephant ''sanctuary''near to the villa - they were chained up and looked utterly miserable and idiotic tourists were riding on their backs which they clearly didn't enjoy as they were clinging onto the railings desperately trying to not have to walk until the person in charge banged them on the head with a sharp spear. Awful place.

I had such a beautiful time at Ananda Experiences!!! A very beautiful house with an amazing view!!!!!! Very nice veranda, with cozy furniture, to chill, relax and enjoy the wonderful view! Everything was very new and very clean! Great kitchen, with all the stuff you need for cooking! The bed was very comfortable - with a great and new matress!!! The landlord C was very kind, helpful and friendly! I even got picked up! I got nice tipps for restaurants and excursions. I can really highly remomment it and I will definitely come back! The beach is also only 3 minutes away and very beautiful with nice restaurants. Thank you for the beautiful time at Ananda!! 💜

Mountains and even the ocean and Koh Samui in the far. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to the buzzing Hing Kong Beach and the village of Srithanu . Communication with Dennis super easy. 100% recommend this spot!
