Great private villa in bwejuu just minutes by car to pajee beach our stay included free breakfast from a wide menu which was awesome, the owner is very welcoming and helpful in introducing everything around, the villa is on the beach directly, the beach isnt so crowded only locals and people renting villas around which is a plus for us, the villas has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen also and is cleaned daily by the housekeeper, highly recommend 👍🏼

The comfortable villas and apartments include terraces, seating areas, and full kitchens. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

Emerald Villas by Paje Emerald Escapes Ltd is situated in Paje and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Stunning villa with all the essentials. Lesley who looked after us during our stay was super helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The villa was beautiful and luxurious, with endless hot water and everything perfectly clean. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

The villa provides an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. The place was so amazing its difficult to express in words. As we were approaching the area, it looked like it was in the middle of nowhere and then bang, the most amazing property came up, to say it was a surprise was an understatement. The rooms were perfect, location was actually perfect. everything was just perfect. The restaurant is a bit slow so order early but apart from that everything was super unreal. Also they have a horses stable adjoining the property where you can ride a horse and take it into the water. totally unreal. words cant express enough just how amazing this place is.

The place is right by the beach and not far from Stone Town or the main tourist spots, so it’s super convenient. The host was amazing — really kind, easy to talk to, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and cosy, with a relaxing vibe that makes you feel right at home. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves every morning was just perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay — I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Zanzibar!

The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and slippers. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is offered. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We stayed twice for a total of 3 nights. Immaculate/spacious rooms (3 bedrooms/baths, sitting/dining area, kitchen and comfortable TV room). Everything is new and modern with plenty of fans and aircon in every space to make sure you are comfortable during all times of year. Munir is a very considerate and helpful host who is there to greet you on arrival and when you leave (make sure you get his direct cell # upon arrival as different than listed in booking). Highly recommend for big group/family who doesn't mind a walk into stone town.

The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Paje Beach. The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.
