Such a beautiful place with impeccable decor, every comfort available! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beachfront villa. The property itself is a dream - large outdoor living space, your own pool, and the beach just steps away. The inside had all the modern amenities including a minibar - soft drinks were free and replenishable as well as a large variety of teas. We lived the amazing breakfast spread each morning served to our villa, staff were very helpful and friendly, Riccardo and the kitchen staff were always available. We loved having lunch and dinner options available from the kitchen and we were pleased with the food when we chose to have it. It was also very easy to walk to local restaurants along the beach which were delicious and low cost. Many activities are bookable through the villa and we even availed ourselves of the massage therapist. It was also super helpful to be connected to a driver not only for airport transfers but also to get around the island. I will definitely return!

Chunga Changa is located in a small quiet road so you can have privacy and peace. The beach is just 10 minutes within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated with rustic decors. The host, Sabrina, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Definitely try the food there as well as they are affordable and delicious. Totally recommend!

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. The comfortable villas and apartments include terraces, seating areas, and full kitchens. We had such a great time at Jambiani Villas - The amazing breakfast to start the day with fresh fruit, eggs to order, espresso, joghurt, pastries you name it. We loved the walk along the beach to the restaurant. The properties are all beautiful. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was just perfect - waking up with a view of the beach and ocean was amazing. Super helpful hosts who organized all our excursions and were always there to answer questions and help with transportation. We ventured out a few times to other restaurants near by for dinner - but the dinners at the restaurant of Jambiani Villas were the best- such great vibe and always changing daily special - made us feel like home.

Emerald Villas by Paje Emerald Escapes Ltd is situated in Paje and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The experience with the horses was another memorable part of our trip—riding on the beach was just awesome. Our host was friendly (edit: until she read this review and became dishonest and insulting) and generally available. She checked on us frequently and offered her help. The house and garden are spacious and well-decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is quiet and secure. Edit : Im sorry that you don’t accept any review which is not 10 out of 10 without calling your guest lier. I firstly gave good (7) but after your response my experience with this property and its host became disappointing (4). I informed you about the water in the kitchen on August 14th at 8:12am. You answered me at 8:14 “…I’ll pass by a bit later to show you how it works” assuming we misused the washing machine. I checked out on August 15th. The leak was reported more than one day before check out and not “a few hours before” as you claimed. That’s a shame we are not authorized to attach screenshot of watsapp conversation. It would show clearly who is the lier here. About the staff, you speak only about the cleaner which was effectively announced each times. The staff for the garden, the swimming pool and the roof came unannounced each times. That’s why I wrote “MOSTLY”. I understood that it didn’t disturb your other guests by reading other reviews that’s why I wrote “to our liking”. I can’t be more accurate than that. I’m sorry that you find my remark about outside activities (full moon party, quad, horse riding, sunset dhow cruise…) irrelevant but I disagree. In my opinion it’s connected to the property and especially its location. Most activities are located in Nungwi and Kendwa, it’s 1h30min far from the property and will cost 50$ by taxi each times. It’s my mistake to not check locations before. I just reviewed this to avoid others to do the same mistake. Lastly my comment about the beach is totally accurate, the property is “far from the beautiful beaches…” I never spoke about your advertisement or suggested anything about it. Your advertisement is totally accurate.
