Place was beautiful, hospitality outstanding, full of little attentions: fresh flowers, fruit basket, bottle of wine etc… it is centrally located, you can go anywhere on foot yet it is away from the crowd and very quiet at night. Host was available for any questions. Would recommend in a heart beat!

I am a little evil snob when I speak about meals. But... Steaks, burgers, sandwiches, salads - absolutely all I ate was great. Yes there is more snacks than meals but it is tasty. Big confortable apartments, amazing ocean view, superb Owner (with the capital letter), a lot of scenic views near, about 20 min to Horta on foot. It is very local place. Islanders love it, and I can see why.

Guests can enjoy watching the sun rise against Pico Mountain from their private rooms. Great staff, helped us change the date at no extra cost and even to a bigger one. Very friendly. Very Clean. The building is old, but that's part of the fun of the place
