We needed assistance getting into the apartment with the virtual key and the 24/7 customer service helped us immediately. Would definitely stay again. The location is definitely one of the big plus of the hotel. We had rented 4 suites as we were a big group, including the terrace suite which has a panoramic view of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. There are kitchen appliances to cook and the hosts even had some free tee bags and coffee pods. Oh, and the hosts a reception are so nice and helpful!

It’s an old building turned into apartments in a shabby chick style. The location is regal- literally, as you are looking at the royal palace from your living room :) The lovely receptionist upgraded us to a studio room, so we had all the amenities. It’s literally 2 min from the Opera metro station and it’s surrounded by great restaurants and caffès. We will definitely return.
