We were passing by Kavala and decided to stop for some lunch. Town is gorgeous, so we decided to spend a night in it. Greencity was close and had an amazing view. So when we booked it, we received quick response from owner, also he let is check in in an hour! (Fastest check in ever!!) What is more we get the best room in the building. Our rooms was as clean as possible, all we needed was provided shortly. I made a mistake and booked for 2 instead of 3, but the owner solved that immediately as well. I would love to come back ine day and stay in this hotel

I liked everything about this apartment. Location is perfect and it's incredible clean and nice. You get everything you need. Four of us stayed in the apartment and I must say sofa bed is bigger than expected so two adults can easily sleep there. There is public parking near apartment which is paid but not too expensive which is really good. And there is big smart TV with Netflix in the living room, which is really good thing after long and hot day :D

Great breakfasts - with a nice element of surprise each morning - and charming staff. The exercise room was also of very high standard (not always the case for smaller establishments. PS Two very friendly restaurants serving fresh fish by the sea within 5 minutes walk. Also, if you prefer a more open beach, there's a nice stretch opposite the Aldi about 10 minutes drive to the west.

To sum up, the apartment has everything needed for a stay.

Close access to the sea (350m); the water was wonderful, very clean, with a small nice place for breakfast nearby. Easy access by car, from Sea Breeze Flat to the City Center or to other scenic locations around. Our host shared us specific moments, as Romanian-Greek friendships lasts, since old times.
