The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

I also really liked the apartment. Because it was at the center of the city and you can go anywhere just by walking. And the room was also very clean and there was even dishwasher and washing machine. If you want to stay long, it is very suitable :)

I was also able to enter the apartment using my smartphone, which was very easy, and the interior was very neat and organized, which made me feel very comfortable. Personally, I was very glad that I only stayed for a short time before returning home.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is close to two metro stations. Would definatly stay here again.
