The owners are the best guesthouse hosts I have ever had. Just wonderful people who really care about you. The place is lovely snd comfortable.

Their vision, and the work they do here for wildlife and nature, and for its future, is awesome. Thank you. The accommodation is just wonderful. So much thought and detail has gone into it, to make it the perfect stay. Whilst you are remote, there are all the modern comforts of home and more, with the bonus of real nature outside. Say hello to the Kangaroos every morning and evening, as you sit outside absorbing the raw beauty of this place and the glorious sunrises and sunsets. Not forgetting the Goannas, Koalas, and abundant birdlife Centrally located on the island which makes it very good for visiting the rest of glorious Kangaroo Island. The night sky is simply breath-taking. Staying here, was a privilege, and one we will never forget.

Wanderers Rest on Kangaroo Island is a small seaside guest house. The beautiful venue has come into new management, a small family run business. The view was amazing and the staff extremely kind. The breakfast room gives very homey feelings.
