I had a flight early the day I left (on Easter, no less), and they prepared a little breakfast for me so that I had something to eat (my flight was way before breakfast started). The napkin was even folded in the shape of a rabbit! And it was absolutely pouring that day, and the nice guy working the desk walked me to the taxi holding an umbrella for me. Everyone went way above and beyond.

We stayed in the front corner bedroom with hot bathtub and the most amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!
