Overall hotel was convenient to downtown and business bay. However during peak time the traffic was insane which meant getting in and out of the hotel in a cab was stressful. The concierge were very good and helpful. Reception staff were average. Italian restaurant was decent but pricey for what it is. Also the flashing lights at the restaurant is a health hazard especially for people who suffer from epilepsy or light sensitivity.
