This hotel has great location, close to city center, right on the lake and it’s also very quiet. The room was spacious and had a balcony as well, that you can use during spring and summer. Breakfast was great with good selection and amazing desserts and sweet pastries. The staff were very friendly and communicative.

Pretty little town on the lake, with a couple of excellent restaurants nearby serving local cuisine mostly. Lots to see, lovely walks, hikes and drives. One glaring problem they need to address ASAP. Very nice city with a breathtaking view with a castle on the lake and high hills covered in clouds. The lake is crystal clear, so perfect for swimming, or sailing. There are ferrys that can take you to other parts of the lake. Just an absolutely gorgeous and clean city with very welcoming people. Many art galleries and all sorts of exhibitions. We also reccomend Hotel Zum Goldenen Hirschen in the city centre with a luxury design and very nice staff.

Amazing lake town, with a special sea-lake architecture. Small but charming and the locals are very friendly. It was also a comfortable walk to the Grunberg cable car. If you have a sweet tooth, you will enjoy the superb cakes and patisseries at both Grellinger and La Sonett. The apartment itself was well-equipped and I appreciated the air conditioning on hot days. For me, the location and the nice people at La Sonett made this a perfect stay for one person travelling alone with no car.

It is a two-room apartment in a historic 16th century house that has been modernly renovated. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking, the bathroom is clean and the beds are comfortable. It has only been open for four weeks but their enthusiasm was infectious. The hotel is centrally located and very quiet, the beds comfortable and the rooms clean, light and airy. The food is great too. We didn’t have a problem parking - there is also another car park a short distance away but room to unload and check-in if you arrive late.

There's a private garage for the guests, just enter straight from the main street and ignore the "traffic prohibited" sign (it doesn't apply to the hotel guests).
