Love St Anton since last 20 years. Many stays and always a joy. Good mix of good snow conditions, many slopes, great restaurants. Easy to reach by car from Netherlands. Still a site with class and atmosphere.

We love St. Anton and have visited more than 5 times now.
We love St. Anton and have visited more than 5 times now. The ski area that is connected to it is impressive in size, slopes, and beauty. The food in all hotels we have stayed in is very local and organic - breakfast is a beauty! There are numerous restaurant and apres-ski choices, and our old time favourite is Moosevirt, even as we age. You can see 7 or 8 generations of skiers dancing with the boots on the table together singing terrible "shlager" songs - but its beautiful. Highly recommend to arrive by train one of the closest airports - preferably Innsbruck. The train station is an easy walk to most accomodations, and the ride is pleasant. If you love skiing, St. Anton is a no-miss.

Probably the best resort in the Alps in my view.
Probably the best resort in the Alps in my view. Constant snow falls (at least 1 per week) which enabled loads of off piste opportunities, amazing restaurants on top with great views, great connections between pistes and mountains. Snow quality is also one of the best I’ve had above 2200m. If touring is your thing, I don’t have the words to describe it. Just visit it once, you’ll love it.

It's a big ski area and there is a wide range of terrain to suit all abilities. However, connections between resorts are often limited - possible in one direction only or need to use a lot of lifts and runs to go a short distance, also ski trails i.e. not maintained pistes, which might be too much for less experienced skiers and low level runs which were closed owing to high temperatures at lower altitudes. This means touring between villages needs careful planning and may require buses to speed up sections and making sure not to miss last down-bound gondalas - bit of an anathema for downhill skiing ;(
I was surprised how expensive St Anton was - much more than other Austrian resorts and in the same ball park as the larger French resorts. Absurdly we found better food and better value in the mountain restaurants than down in town.
I would go there again but I'll probably explore other Austrian resorts first.

I have visited St Anton previously and enjoy returning to the challenging skiing that it offers. It’s is a charming town with nice restaurants and bars, but is not a rowdy party-town like some other resorts.

Great place for whine and dine.
Great place for whine and dine. If you got money to burn, here you can do it. Good but expensive restaurants.
Bodega tapas bar is recommended but be there before 7pm or reserve otherwise you need to wait in a queue. For simple Pizza there is Pomodoro at the beginning of Dorfstrasse. For watching a football match, go to Bar Cuba in Dorfstrasse. Many young people having fun there.
Home to one of most legendary apres-ski bars, the Mooserwirt. They close at 8pm, when you need to ski the last part downhill, no longer there is lightning on the slope, be carefull.

The parking is great, it is about an 8-10 minute walk to the lifts of that, it was super clean, the breakfast taste great and I recommend the bacon wrapped sausage, the water pressure in the showers were good, the beds we’re comfortable, and most importantly the staff is amazing and super accommodating. I have stayed here 2 times now and will probably continue to go here when I am in town I like it that much. I see no need to look at other hotels. Worth every dollar.
It's a lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast is all you could wish for,. Room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and a nice size. Wellness sauna, steam room and relaxation loungers are excellent. Evening meal is available some evenings on request. Free (until 7pm €3.50 after) ski bus no.2 from St Anton Terminal West stops very close by (Kirche). Ski pass can be purchased at reception. Lucia and her husband are very pleasant and extremely helpful indeed.
Amazingly friendly host (Johanna) and its staff. Hotel at 20 meters from the ski lift, comfortable storage room for the skis and the ski shoes. Arranged for a parking nearby free of charge. Walked every extra mile to let us have memorable stay. The non-skiers were happy to explore the walking tracks around St. Anton, but also to go to Innsbruck, Bregenz, Liechtenstein, Ischl, etc.
A perfectly quaint hotel located within walking distance to the lifts. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the bus station that takes you to the heart of the resort, but I loved the walk. The owner is wonderful and so accommodating. A breakfast is served each morning to fuel you up for a full day of skiing or exploring the village. I loved my time here and slept like a baby.
The charming hotel was decorated perfectly, with a keen eye for detail. It gives homage to mountaineering and the Austrian Alps. It was tastefully uncluttered and extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage and a large balcony. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Monica at breakfast.
This was a perfect stay for ur ski trip to St Anton. It's situated to be less than a 10-min walk to the first lifts, and the city bus stops right in front of the hotel if you want to go to another. Everyone was so friendly in the hotel, and the breakfast was a great way to always start the day. The "hotel pup" Luigi was our favorite part :)
I rate Hotel Ehrenreich very highly. Initially I was very late due to travel delays and Carolina waited until after midnight for me to arrive and even assisted with my bags. What a host! The hotel is your traditional Austrian ski accomodation and everything was well done. I will go back again.
A very nice hotel with outstanding hospitality (exceptional staff) and state of the art facilities. Modern style (nordic).
Just one detail: We could use the spa still after check-out, before heading off to the train (transfer provided by hotel, same for pick up).
The hotel looks much better than in the photos, it is spacious, modern, clean. The biggest surprise was the very helpful and kind staff and the breakfast, which lacked absolutely nothing.
The spa was also very nice, especially after a day of skiing, much needed.
It’s a family managed hotel.
Our rooms and bathrooms were throughly cleaned everyday.
The breakfast was quite decent. The bus station is just 100m away. The sauna and wellness area was a cherry on the top. The owner was extremely supportive.
This hotel has a wonderful Mountain View and presents the best value for money in the entire area of overpriced mediocre hotels. Also unlike most Austrian hotels, the charming dining room offered a great variety of vegetarian options.
A beautiful hotel in the mountain village in very short walk from the village center. Friendly family run place. Nice little dog. Amazing balcony with landscapes and a little brook flowing by. Parking available at the site.
The apartment was very cosy and spacious. Lots of room for our family of five plus dog.
Kind and attentive Mooser Hotel staff was always available to cater to our every need.
This place comes highly recommended!
Fabulous and welcoming team, excellent breakfast. This hotel deserves 5 stars. Whilst it's not that close to the ski lifts, they have an arrangement with a storage facility right at the base of the lifts
Very nice hotel, quite close to the lift. Sauna was one of the best I have been (80C and can throw water). We also had excellent fondue meal in the restaurant.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
the location of the hotel was great and the staff was super friendly. it was my friend birthday and they arranged for a cake and champagne for her. the room was very nice with the balcony
Very nice staff and fast service. We had an apartment in the external building without breakfast so we just went to the hotel around the corner. The breakfast was great and good value.
lovely traditional Austrian guest house , the owners and staff so very friendly and always there to help out and offer advise .will return for sure . thank you Sylvia & Bernard
