Clara is a super nice host. Our journey to her house was perfect. The appartement booked is amazing. We were like alone on the middle of nowhere, with an amazing view with a big hill just in front of all our windows. Clara is very discret but on same time she is present when we need something. I emailed and asked for a sunny balcony as I am from Northern Ireland where we get little or no sun. I looked at the hotel map and our apartment faced West. The staff indignantly said i was wrong and the balcony was sunny all day. Sadly, when I went to apartment We had NO sun until 4pm everyday. The manager and the girl who booked us in were quite aggressive in their response to me, even tho. I was perfectly correct. NO SUN The next day the manager offered me a sunny balcony. Tomorrow he said well get you one This was now the third day and we were only there for 5 nights. I will not be back or would I recommend this hotel.

From the second I arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. I was then upgraded to a gorgeous room overlooking the pool and sea. The staff were all lovely in all areas of the hotel and the food was excellent I was on a Bed and Dinner booking and it was all perfect with plenty of choice. The bed was super comfortable and the room and hotel in general was spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were super. To top it off on my last day my flight was a late evening one so I was able to leave my bags in a storage area all day and relax at the beach and then was given a complimentary room to shower and change in before leaving. Taxi ordered for airport arrived in less than 5 minutes. Loved the whole experience here and will return if I am back in Lanzarote. Thank you to all the great staff for a wonderful few days.

Seaside Los Jameos exceeded my expectations. As much as I usually try to avoid large hotel complexes, I found Seaside Los Jameos as a very pleasant, clean, and super well equipped place to enjoy a few days of beach holidays. It certainly helped a lot that I was visiting in April, so the place was not at all crowded. I purchased half board and it was an excellent choice for me, the variety of choices for breakfast and dinner was unlimited. I decided to upgrade for a deluxe room and my fully equipped large terrace overseeing the tropical garden, tennis courts, and even having a bit of a sea view was an excellent treat. The location was perfect and the staff was always very friendly and attentive. All in all, I am now thinking to come back next year to repeat this amazing experience!
