겉으로 보기엔 별 거 없어 보일지 모르지만, 유네스코 세계문화유산으로 지정될 만한 가치가 있는 성당들로 가득하다. 성당 내 모자이크화는 이탈리아 최고라고 자부할 정도로 아름답고 보존이 잘 되어 있다. 이탈리아 다른 도시처럼 붐비지 않아서 한가롭게 여행을 즐길 수 있다는 것도 장점이다.
